Erich Manser (he/him) began working in digital accessibility and disability rights advocacy in 2003, when he started noticing how his own vision loss was affecting his ability to use technology. He has worked to improve accessibility at leading tech companies like HP and IBM, and is now a Digital Accessibility Consultant at Harvard University. Erich is also an avid runner and triathlete, and he works to also help ensure equal, inclusive access to sports.
